Material MGN/MGW miniature ball linear sliding rail series, all steel components, whether sliding rail, sliding seat steel body or steel ball, are made of carbon steel (stainless steel can be customized).
(1) Self-aligning ability
During installation, the elastic deformation of the steel ball and the transfer of the contact point, even if the installation surface is somewhat deviated, can be absorbed by the inside of the rail slider, resulting in the effect of self-aligning ability and obtaining high-precision and stable smooth motion.
(2) Interchangeability
Due to the strict control of the manufacturing accuracy, the dimension of the linear guide rail can be maintained within a certain level, and the slider is designed with a retainer to prevent the steel ball from falling off, so some series of accuracy are interchangeable. Customers can order the guide rail or slider as required, or store the guide rail and slider separately to reduce the storage space.
(3) High rigidity in all directions
Using four rows of circular grooves and four rows of steel balls with equal contact angles of 45 degrees, the steel balls can reach an ideal two-point contact structure and can bear loads from up and down and left and right directions. If necessary, preloading can be applied to improve rigidity.
